Welcome to my website, My name is Judith Weale and I studied at the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis and gained a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.
I am based in Ipswich town centre.

I am a member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.

Initial Consultation
The initial consultation includes a short introduction to hypnosis and is offered to all clients (with the exception of 'Easy Quit Smoking' sessions which are approximately 90 minutes long and do not require an initial consultation).

This initial session allows me to answer any queries or concerns that you may have and for you to be confident that you have chosen the right therapist. We will also discuss fees, the length, frequency and possible number of sessions.


Confidentiality
Hypnotherapists work to a strict code of ethics and everything is completely confidential.
